I took my Jeep Cherokee to my local Jeep dealer because I had an engine light on and it was my torque converter.... Come to find out I had a recall on the Cadillac converter and made appointment to return. After they replaced the part it took care of the code and my engine light and I didn't have to pay anything. That was a true blessing for me. My Jeep runs better.

I give 4 stars because, we walked and no one said a word…..we sat for 20 minutes before someone asked had we seen anyone yet. Although many people walked past and just stared at us. Jake who asked had we seen anyone yet, called the salesman who helped. Our salesman was Derrick, he was great! Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Been going here for years. I bought a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4XE, which I like, but I was also interested in the Wagoneer S. When I asked what kind of deal I could get on that I was kind of ignored (twice) and pushed toward the Wrangler. I have no complaints on the Wrangler, I just realize they were trying to push a sale as fast as they could and would have appreciated if they had listened to my request.

They charge $5 for shop supplies and couldn’t give an answer for what the “supplies” were. Was told it was tools the mechanics use, a technology fee, and after the manager looked at my invoice and seen my car was in for an oil change determined that the charge was for disposing of my oil. Seems like they are just trying to get an extra $5 out of every customer adding vague charges.
