They should’ve allowed Baumann Ford to replace the transmission, and not forced me to move it to Brondes!!

BUYER BEWARE – MISLEADING & DISHONEST
I purchased a van from Monroe Superstore and had a very disappointing experience working with Mark Lawrence.
The vehicle was advertised with multiple features that either do not work or are not even installed:
❌ AC “works” – compressor is bad, no cooling
❌ “3000W inverter” – completely missing (only leftover wiring)
❌ Rear lift/power jack – not functional / not wired
These were not small issues — these were major selling points listed for the van, and NONE of them checked out.

I normally refrain from giving reviews, but the entire process of getting my car fixed this week warrants one! My service advisor, Kelsey, was extremely helpful and very kind in handling the stressed out version of me. To my defense, being without a car for 5 days is almost impossible nowadays. Austin was equally impressive with his customer service skills and was able to provide a rental for my family. Making those 5 days without our vehicle stress free! I cannot thank them enough for the service provided!

This dealership gives a very warm and friendly experience. They listen to the wants and needs of the customers and works with them to achieve the customers expectations, sometimes going above and beyond customers expectations.
Walked in without an appointment on a busy Saturday but Daniel M was quick to handle all questions and worked out a lease deal that fit what I was looking for. Had been to several other dealers recently and this was the best experience I had. Highly recommend.

Took my Grand Cherokee in for service on 09/02/2025. Got call same day what the technician had found and that it was under warranty. And that I would have my Jeep the next day. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from them. I always get treated great when my wife and I go to this dealership. From the Chad the salesman to Terry the service manager. I also find that the parts department is well stocked, and the prices are competitive. I would recommend them for all your jeep, ram, chrysler, dodge needs.

It took a while to get the truck in, but that’s the nature of it nowadays. Once the truck was there, it was repaired very quickly, broken manifold bolts on hemi 1500. 86,454 The truck is running noticeably better, no ticking knocking sound from the engine. Alex Bondy was great to work with as a first-time car buyer. He is easy to relate to and talk to. He is clear about what to expect during the buying process. The vehicle I wanted was at a different dealership and he was quick to get the car transferred. He was also very responsive over the phone will all the questions I had and responded quickly. Had the car in for oil change and tire rotation. Said all finished, however when I drove away car had a terrible noise. Rear wheel had not been not tightened. The next day I was up north and the low tire light came on. Checked the in dash pressure and the pressure was 24# on front tires and 27# on rear.

I have had my car in there 3 times in the last 2 months. Still not fixed, and I have had to pay $300.00 for nothing. I am having to drive my car with the Sam problems, and I am afraid to drive it. If anything happens to myself or my daughter while driving it, I will hold you responsible. Also each time I have to take it in for the same thing, they make me wait weeks before getting it in.

They went above and beyond to get the vehicle in for service when i didn't have a scheduled appointment. Was somewhat disappointed when the low tire indicator came on the next day. Tire pressures did not get readusted when rotatation was done. Front and rear tires have different inflation specs.
